Our experienced and knowledgeable trainers will work with you to make sure you get just the right workout for YOU - one that pushes you to your individual and personal edge.

With a strong focus on form, safety and sustainability, our workouts are designed to help people stay FIT FOR LIFE!

Our workouts can be scaled by adding or decreasing reps or weight, and we offer modifications to make things easier or more advanced and challenging, depending on where you are in your fitness journey and what your goals are. We also offer nutrition support, recovery guidance and other healthy lifestyle advice and recommendations.  All ages, fitness levels and experience are welcome!

HIIT Strength & Conditioning

Our HIIT and Strength & Conditioning program delivers a powerful blend of full-body strength work and high-intensity intervals designed to boost energy, improve endurance, and build real-world strength. Every session is coach-led, scalable, and thoughtfully structured so beginners and experienced athletes alike can train safely and confidently. Workouts change daily to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged, helping you stay consistent while seeing measurable progress. This is an ideal option for anyone looking for an efficient, effective training style that supports long-term fitness, mobility, and overall performance.

Personal Training

Located at our EG facility, we provide personalized individual and small group training tailored to address your unique requirements and aspirations. This option is particularly beneficial for newcomers to exercise, individuals recuperating from injuries, or those preparing for specific goals or events. Collaborate with our experienced trainers to establish a customized plan that aligns with your objectives, ensuring you're on the optimal path towards achieving your goals.

Group Training

Our group HIIT classes are the heart of Manic Training and are offered throughout the day in Wakefield and East Greenwich. We think of them as "personal training in a group setting" since they can be modified and adapted for anyone. Workouts are carefully crafted to target strength, cardio, endurance and mobility with an emphasis on core strenth, and they are always evolving, so boredom is never an issue, and an hour goes by in a flash. “Lite” classes run 45 minutes for those looking for a shorter but incredibly effective workout.
